As Director of Sales and Marketing your mission is to coordinate and implement all commercial activities and maximize business opportunities for the newest Hotel Gabrielli, in the heart of Venice.

Your responsibilities include:

• Coordinating, planning and executing all commercial activities for the Hotel Gabrielli.
• Developing and implementing a Sales and Marketing strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
• Managing the Hotel Budget regarding Sales and Marketing activities/initiatives.
• Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
• Handling and developing relationships with key clients.
• Managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked.
• Supporting the sales team of the Hotel.
• Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Sales & Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives.
• Analysing competitor strategies.
