Community Engagement Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1 Data Collection & Reporting:

  • Support the collection of community engagement data for regular reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in analyzing engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

2 English-Russian / Russian-English Translation:

  • Provide translation services for community-facing materials, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and culturally relevant.

3 Content Organization:

  • Organize and manage video content, PowerPoint presentations, and other marketing assets produced by the community engagement team.
  • Ensure all materials are stored correctly, easily accessible for future use, and organized in a structured manner.

4 Webinar Hosting Support:

  • Assist with the planning, organization, and hosting of webinars, including coordinating speakers, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.

5 Campaign Support:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of community engagement campaigns, collaborating with team members to help manage campaign deadlines and deliverables

1 Language Proficiency:

·Bilingual in English and Russian (both spoken and written).

2 Fluency in Chinese is an advantage.

3 Experience:

  • Experience with data collection, translation, and content organization.
  • A background in International Education and/or marketing is an advantage.
  • Experience in public speaking or hosting webinars, with a confident and engaging communication style.

4 Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Essentials (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Experience with Canva for creating basic visual content.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or similar.
  • Experience using work management platforms like Asana or similar.

5 Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Russian.
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences and maintain positive relationships.

6 Organizational Skills:

  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

7 Team Collaboration:

  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support community engagement initiatives.

8 Location & Time Zone:

  • Must be permanently located in the GMT +7/GMT +8 time zone.
  • Flexible in organizing working hours between 2 AM and 1 PM UK time to accommodate team calls and scheduled projects.

Please note this position is only available on our Consultancy agreement.
