As F&B Purchasing Manager, you are passionate about developing and executing the purchasing strategy to support our F&B product lines. Your mission? Maintain the cost efficiency while upholding our commitment to excellence in the Hospitality Industry.

Your responsibilities include:

• Expertly developing strategic procurement plan for Food & Beverage
• Exhibiting your impeccable knowledge of the supplier landscape identifing and establishing long-term partnerships to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.
• Mastering the art of negotiation to arrange great contracts with suppliers.
• Evaluate the suppliers performance and adherence to quality standards.
• Analyze the market to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Monitor inventory levels, optimize stock management and minimize excess inventory.
• Staying updated with industry regulations and compliance requirements related to the F&B category.

Exceed expectations revealing:

• A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
• Previous experience as F&B Manager and/or Procurement Manager is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the Italian F&B industry.
• 4+ years' high-level procurement experience.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
• Familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office package.
