Hours of work: 40 hours per week Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 Rate of pay: Negotiable Travel involved: Travel to customers/events based around the US. The role: This is a key role within the Sales team. Duties will include: - answering phone calls and cold calling prospective customers
- identifying new sales leads in the Sport, Health, Food, Drinks and Pet industry
- presenting CC’s products and services to new and existing customers
- maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
- communicating and negotiating by phone, email, video, and in person
- producing weekly activity reports
- following up with old leads with the aim of converting to active customers
- compiling daily lists of leads
- following up marketing initiatives
- supporting the Sales Executives
- handling administrative duties for the sales team
- performing data entry duties regarding metrics, sales figures, and other key data
- creating and processing sales in a timely manner
- expediting requests rush orders and altering sales orders and shipping information as required

- Confident communicator (written and verbal) with excellent negotiation skills

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages

SQL, Salesforce and Fishbowl experience is advantageous but not essential.
