The HR Administrator will work as part of a small HR team; you will provide a robust, high quality service to the business covering all aspects of the HR curriculum.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Employment contracts · Security Vetting & Clearance administration · Handling general customer queries · HR filing and personal records management · QMS Maintenance for HR Policies and procedures · Recruitment & careers portal administration · Interview support & communications · Internal HR Communications and announcements · Vacancy handling internal and external · Induction preparation and support · Training & Development Programmes support · HR Systems support · HR Data collation · Payroll related administration · Maternity, Paternity & Flexible working Requests · Annual Leave, shift working & part-time working calculations · General administration support to HR Manager as required
Skills & Competencies
· High level of IT literacy – Microsoft Office · Data reporting & analysis · Numeric reasoning and logical mathematical ability · Basic knowledge of Employment Legislation · Understanding of general HR practices & principles · Methodical and highly organised · Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Personal Attributes
· Highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who approaches work with a positive attitude · Able to work on own initiative · Able to take on a high level of responsibility · Exceptional attention to detail · Able to work to deadlines ensuring all work is to the highest standard · Well developed interpersonal skills
Qualifications
· Ideally CIPD qualified but not essential

· Previous HR experience - advantageous
Terms & Conditions
- Salary range £25-30k FTE (dependent on experience)
- Hours – 37 per week full time (minimum 30 hours per week worked over 4 days if part-time)
- Holidays – 25 days per annum plus statutory holidays (pro rated)
