Your responsibilities include:

• Management of the Hotel Budget for our Rosa Grand, based in Milan, regarding Marketing activities/initiatives
• Work closely and coordinate with the Headquarter Marketing Team regarding all the activities/initiatives
• Support the General Manager in managing relationships with local institutions/organizations to which the Hotel is linked
• Direct management of influencers, press/journalists in the Hotel, coordination of press trips and influencer trips
• Develop a customized program for national and international journalists, influencers, correspondents and local press
• Organization (planning and coordination) of photo and video shoots, management of sponsorship requests and local partnerships
• Updating and managing the website and platforms with new content, photos, videos and promotions
• Coordination of content development and editorial plan for the Hotels social channels
• Coordination of strategic activities for sponsored social media campaigns
• Local press management (e.g., publishing hotel events, managing relationships with local press, sharing initiatives/press releases, event invitations)
• Creation of an in-house calendar of events
• Enhancement, in collaboration with the Director of Luxury Sales, of Marketing & Communication opportunities with "The Leading Hotels of the World", travel agencies and luxury operators (Luxury Travel Networks)
• Define the communication plan and calendar of events in collaboration with the partners identified for Food & Beverage management

• Relevant qualifications in Journalism Studies, Public Relations or Communications are a plus
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Proven social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
• Knowledge of the most popular social media platforms
• Knowledge of luxury travel bloggers and influencers
